A return ticket to success, please

Just lean back. The Meetropolis is extremely easy to reach.

Arrival by aeroplane

The three airports Cologne Bonn Airport, Düsseldorf International Airport and Frankfurt Airport serve some 90 million passengers per year. Cologne Bonn Airport is the largest low-cost airline hub in Europe; Düsseldorf International Airport offers 88 intercontinental connections per week; from Frankfurt Airport, flights are available to a total of 275 destinations in 110 countries. Depending on the airport you land at, trains will transport you to The Meetropolis every 15 minutes to a maximum of one hour.

Arrival by train

The main stations in Cologne and Düsseldorf are on the busiest railway line in Germany. Some 1,500 train connections a day, including high-speed trains such as the Thalys, numerous ICE connections and DB motorail trains and the City Night Line trains, link not only German cities but also several major European cities such as London, Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam directly with The Meetropolis. The main stations are located in the city centres. Koelnmesse, Düsseldorf International Airport and Cologne Bonn Airport each has an additional ICE intercity station. Numerous long-distance and local transport connections link Cologne and Düsseldorf within The Meetropolis.

Arrival by car, lorry, coach

Situated at the centre of one of the most comprehensive motorway networks in Europe, The Meetropolis is extremely easy to reach from all points of the compass. This is just as true for people travelling by car or lorry as those arriving by coach. Various coach companies also offer connections to destinations in Europe.

A large selection of state-of-the-art and environmentally-friendly means of transport also makes it easy for you to explore the Meetropolis during your stay. You can reach Cologne and Düsseldorf in less than half an hour by train, taxi or hired car, and an extensive local transportation network enables you move around in the cities by underground, bus, tram, on foot, in a cycle rickshaw, or by taxi or boat.
